These Terms of Service govern your use of Trion ("Platform"), operated by Mohammad Muqtadir and Purab Reddy ("we", "us", "our"), based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By accessing or purchasing access to Trion, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Trion is a multi-agent AI platform that provides automated business tools including strategy analysis, lead generation, and marketing automation. The platform is currently in pre-launch phase. Full platform access will be delivered upon public launch.
By purchasing early access at $28/year, you are securing a founding member position at a special pre-launch price. This is not a pre-order for a physical product.
Trion is currently under active development. Features described on the website represent our intended roadmap. While we are committed to delivering the platform, timelines may change. Founding members will be the first to receive access and will be kept informed of progress.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Trion. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Our AI agents generate automated outputs using large language models from Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4), and Google (Gemini). These outputs:

Pre-launch access is priced at $28 USD per year, billed as a one-time payment processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. This price is locked for founding members for the duration of their first year. Future pricing after the pre-launch period may differ.
All transactions are subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details.

All content, branding, code, and materials on the Trion platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. AI-generated outputs produced using your inputs are yours to use for lawful business purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trion and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business decisions made based on AI outputs.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR. These include the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Our lawful basis for processing your data is contractual necessity and legitimate interest.
If you are located in Australia, nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in your state to the extent not preempted by federal law. Nothing in these terms constitutes a waiver of any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. In the event of termination due to our error, you will receive a full refund. In the event of termination due to your violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
