Refunds are only available if TRION is not launched within a reasonable timeframe.

Once the platform is launched and access is granted, all purchases are non-refundable.

Pre-Launch Agreement

By purchasing TRION founding access, you acknowledge that:

• The product is currently in development
• You are purchasing early access at a discounted price
• Features and timelines may evolve before launch

Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, including repeated purchases and refund attempts.

Legal Rights

If you are located in the European Union, Australia, or other regions with consumer protection laws, your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
